As a professional, BACP-approved counsellor for over ten years, I am committed to supporting you through your unique journeys of self-discovery and healing. My training encompasses various counselling theories, including Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), among others. This diverse skill set allows me to tailor my approach to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring a personalised experience.

 

I offer a serene and welcoming environment in my Evesham and Cheltenham clinics, where clients can feel at ease and open to exploring their thoughts and feelings. For those who prefer a more flexible option, I also provide secure live video sessions via a reliable platform that ensures confidentiality during our interactions.

 

It is essential to understand that effective counselling is not about giving advice or making decisions on behalf of others. Instead, my role is to empower clients to make their own choices and take meaningful actions. I have experience working with a wide range of difficulties, including depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, bereavement, and addiction, with a particular focus on anxiety. I welcome adults and children over the age of nine, guiding them through their challenges with compassion and professionalism.
